2. Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
3. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We take care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
- Product colours, textures, and crystal appearance may vary slightly from images shown, as each piece is handmade.
4. Orders
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- A contract is only formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via our supported payment methods (including Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna where selected). We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates given are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refund process is set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, product designs, photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Mimari and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
10. Product Use and Safety
Our products should be used in accordance with the care and safety instructions provided with each item. Crystal-related content on our site reflects traditional associations and folklore, not medical or therapeutic claims, and should not be relied upon as such.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimari is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
